HELP: Hydravision + Timer with Screenshot

Hello,
I just installed the latest update of Hydravision.
What im looking around is how can i minimize
one's program behavior so stay on the same Desktop Display if you are using MultiDesktop in one Monitor.

btw im a graphic artist a freelancer and here is the scenario.

Im using Hydravision-MultiDesktop Manager in one monitor. The number of Desktop im running is 2. One of my work and the other is for Gaming. In my work i need to use a Timer with a screenshot for every 3 mins. to record my time everyday. Well it happened that sometimes there is no project to make for days but i still need to track my time. thats the reason why i want to learn more about Hydravision and other software tweaks.

Programs running on Desktop 1:
Timer with Screenshot(every 3 minutes)
Photoshop CS3
Firefox

Programs running on Desktop 2:
Lets just say any game i want to play.

what i want to learn is how can i keep the timer from screenshooting my Desktop 1 while im using Desktop 2.

So it cant see what im doing on Desktop 2.


BTW im using Windows 7 Ultimate.
Is there any feature from AMD Hydravision to edit or what to choose from running from the Tray Icon?
