Scart output from PC?

Hello...

Anyway to get RGB scart out of my PC/laptop?

At the moment I download videos to my PC and then share by wireless, playing them on my laptop which has TV-out and connect that by s-video to the TV. I would like to use RGB scart though...

One option is to get a converter that converts VGA to SCART. Used or new.
