Help!

Hello,
i downloaded some files then transfered them to a memory card. when i tried to add more songs from the file to my memory care the second time i got the message "disk is write protected remove write protection or use another disk" i have never had this problem and its driving me crazy help please!!

there should be a little switch on the side of the card move it into the other position!
