Hi guys i have ran this computer for about 2 weeks and now it just wont boost anymore temps where good but was getting some crashes from time to time win32k 0x0000008e blue screens.I fear the mobo is dead but everything powers on just does not beep or show bios menu. I cleared the cmos does nothing next step is probably take it all apart again and rma mobo :( . Tjunction was at 100deg c but not sure that was the cause.

0x0000008e blue screens... are almost always (in my experience) RAM problems... try reseating the ram if nothing, try with another stick or just test with 1 stick in at a time and see if it boots.

Also reseat CPU and heatsink as anything wrong here would indicate high temps

Disconnect all power cables/cord. Take cmos batt out for a min or so. Short clear cmos jumpers for a min.

That was the first thing i did did not work did not even beep to say there was a problem .I had the same mobo with a ram problem and it beeped this one is dead and im going to rma it. Temps never went over 53dec C on the cores .I believe this is really a motherboard problem probably the chipset went pop or something.

Have you got a fresh install of windows on there? If not give that a go IRQ less than or equal is generally driver issues or RAM considering your rams been replaced id look at driver issues first

Guess what i bumped ram voltage up to 2.2 and now its stable as a rock stupid mobo was undervolting it. Took me a while to figure it out.

I've had some similar problems.

My computer won't boot without me turning the master switch off and on. If I use the front switch/button on my Antec 900 case, I just get a black screen. If I hit the reset button, it will usually just do nothing but three times now it has attempted to boot with a corrupted bios. For some reason the bios keeps trying to boot a floppy drive, which I don't have.

It ONLY does this after I play half life from the Steam app.

Very weird. When it does it, I just click the master off/on switch in the back of the case and it has booted up fine every time.

I noticed this Motherboard seems to be a bit of a pain sometimes it has random issues on my brothers q6600 when i went to put it back to stock speed it would crash all the time lol . Did you update to latest bios version ? I did and its much better then it was with the 0605 version from hell.

How would I go about looking at this myself?

Where do I find the voltage configuration for the ram?

I updated the bios last weekend.
