Increase volume on PC

Hello,
inever had this problem before. the volume on my laptop has become too low and even though my readings for speaker volume are set at 100% I can't seem to increaSE THE VOLUME.

Re-install the audio system drivers, and also there can be a hardware up/down volume button on the laptop, try that. Sometimes that acts independently of the Windows volume controller. Also check the application you are using to play back the media, those have volume controls as well. That last one is if the sound is only low in one place, not for any sounds in the system.
