I have a Thermaltake Tsunami Dream (with window). I'm running a Q6600 and EVGA 880GTX 768 card.
I'm going to replace the front and rear 120mm fans with something a bit better. Was thinking of Hiper 120mm ones.
I was wondering about the 90mm fan that comes on the side window. Is there a way to change this to a 120mm? I'm not the handiest of people and don't fancy taking a Dremel to the window!
Also, I have removed the cable and top USB/speaker/firewire ports that come out of the top so might stick a fan in that too.
Lastly, is there a programme that will allow me to monitor the temp inside the case? Or, failing that, something I can add to do this?
If your system is running stable, I wouldn't worry too much about case temps. If you have a stability issue, I would look at water cooling. I personally hate fan noise, so that's my number one issue after stability.
