This is interesting i have a CoolIT Freezone for over a year now (waiting on new intel CPU before hooking it up to current or a new build rig) which uses the peltier concept but i believe it has 4 hooked up to a watercooling setup i.e the cold side to lower the waters temp and the hot sides cooled by a 90mm fan maybe 120mm.

Maybe the watercooling/moder guys would be interested in this to cool their water down?

depends on who's paying the power bill.

refrigeration using a condenser is more efficient,
i'm pretty sure. a Peltier inside the enclosure
will heat up the air inside the enclosure, so you
need more case fan-age to get the same ambient
inside the enclosure.

if the part of the Peltier that sheds the heat can
be outside the computer enclosure, like a refrigerator,
it works better.
