Apply current video quality settings to internet video is not working

Can someone help me ? please.

Apply current video quality settings to internet video. In the catalyst control center, is not working, don't know why. It doesn't work anymore in youtube videos nothing happen when i applied it.

I don't really why understand why would you do that. It will not improve quality. If you see low quality videos, either you're watching them on low resolution, and they are bad in quality on their own.

It improves color and edges in the video. I want to know how to fix it. It was working before, but now it doesn't work. I reinstalled the CCC about 3 times, but doesn't really work.

If you are not using hardware acceleration for flash video, then the quality settings will not apply. Check your flash video is hardware accelerated by right clicking the video>settings and the hardware acceleration option is ticked.

It is activated. But still nothing happen X_X.
