Can print test page but nothing else

Hello,
I have a Dell 1545 Inspiron with Vista Home Premium and a Dell 968 AIO wireless printer. I had to overwrite my software to get it back to factory settings and ever since after some work I can print a test page but nothing else. Any ideas? Thanks much.

Hi,

Have you install Printer Drivers on it ??

I downloaded from Dell and I think I installed the driver correctly but I am not sure. My skill level is 1.5 out of 5 and 5 being the highest. I guess I assumed it was since I can print a test page. How can I be sure? And remember my skill level? Big Thanks.
