:hello: I'm abit timid to try OC! Would like experienced suggestions on overclock technique for my abit52 mobo, OCZ DDR2-800 4GB KIT Copper, see more spec's below.

Seems like sometimes I can't really multitask - the other day I was making a .rar and FireFox wouldn't open at the same time - my CPU needle was all the way up to 99%. Thanks in advance for your fast help!

Hah, 8hours?

Make that 24hrs!

I think 4 is fine unless you are leaving it on 24/7. :kaola:

To the OP: For 24/7 I go 8 hours Small FFT + 12 Hours Blend.

Kinda scarry... I stopped it because the temp was at 50c and I didn't read reason for doing this test - didn't want to wear anything out.

I need COFFEE!

I usually give prime95 runs the entire weekend to do their thing in.

My CPU maxes out at about 52ºC with a p95 load on both logical processors. Not bad for a Heatburst CPU...
