Windows XP Freeze in 32-bit (Normal) mode...

Failure Found!!
It turned out to be the Power Management software in
combination with the "ACPI Mains Adapter" and "Battery"
in the Hardware list...
Once I disabled the two items, It started up in real mode,
and it works good.
As soon I enabled eiher one of these in the Hardware List,
it was Lockup again...
I have replaced those drivers with Generic drivers supplied
from Windows itself, and now it is working perfectly again
even with those two enabled.

Not freezing in the Safe Mode usually means that a main
hardware driver or software program not loaded and inactive
in the Safe Mode, is the cause of the freezing
