Why does memory drop in speed when overclock?

I have patriot extreme 4-4-4-12 800mhz and it says its at 775... should i change this? Here is a pic of the settings

You've got it in syncronous mode (1:1) and you've over clocked to 387.5MHz. Leave it. It's ok.
