geforce 8800 ultra/gtx with SLI CHIPSET Mainboard

i am bulding my new computer in cyberpower online
originally the computer come with x2 geforce 8800 gts on sli mode
i changed it to 8800 ulta or mybe 8800 gtx but not daul
is it goint to run good if i will keep the sli chipset mainboard (Asus P5N-E nForce 650i SLI Chipset Quad-Core Supports LGA775 FSB1333 DDR2 Mainboard) with singel graphic card ?

It's fine. You realize 650i does only x8 & x8 on PCI-E in SLI? 680i does x16/x16. If that matters to you, you should run only one card. Otherwise, you can upgrade to EVGA 680i A1 & 2 cards in sli.
