getting discrepancy in which core stepping I have?

I have a Q6600 on my new computer and wanted to find out which core stepping version I have...

CPUz says Stepping B and Revision G0

Everest say Microcode Update Revision B3

So I can't figure out if it's G0 or B3. Am I missing something?
