Motherboard for a new Computer

I was thinking of getting these two things for my first build.

Things I'm looking for:
Number of Memory Slots - 4×240pin
Memory Standard - DDR2 667 or higher
PCI-E Slot
CPU Type - Athlon 64 X2
CPU Socket Type - Socket AM2
AMD motherboard and processor.

I don't know much and still trying to learn. What would you guys recommend I get for a motherboard and processor? I just want to use it for general tasks and occasionally play counter strike 1.6 and maybe newer games. But I'm not too concerned with gaming.

Looks fine to me.
If you are looking to play newer games though, that 7300GS has got to go.
The 7900GS is a great buy at $120.

If you want something cheaper, either get an X1650PRO, X1650XT, 7600GS or a 7600GT. I'd recommend the X1650PRO or XT out of these 4, as they perform better than their Nvidia counterparts (the 7600GS and GT).
