HP Crash Victim, New Quest, New Problems, Old Questions

Hello,

First a thanks to HarryBlue954 and BabyTech 215 for their help and advice.

I've bought a new HP but find that there is little that Microsoft does not control, causing me to wonder who paid for the machine.

I can't use my word processing programs or my Photoshop or, or, or. I understand commerce but this is digital larceny.

After hours of trying to make the painfully simple and obvious work, my old telephone and typewriter are starting to look pretty good again.

photoshop and word work perfectly fine if you know how to use them. some retail comptuers come with demo software which is not the same as the full version.
