Another which Motherboard Thread

Hi folks, I don't really know a lot about motherboards, so I hope you can help me.
I'm thinking about upgrading my pc with the following components:
geforce 8800gt
Intel E2160 dual core
2 gb ram

I have 2 harddrives, both with 200gb currently configured in raid (just in case that this is important)
My current CPU cooler is a Zalman (one of the big ones^^)
Can you please recommend me a good motherboard at ~ 100 $?
