a week ago I was able to do but I change from DLS to Cable and I had to reset the router. Everything in the computers are set to share with other computers, but somehow I don't see them when I try to map them.
thank you for your help, but it didn't help me..

May I know the brand and model of router? There might be some advanced setting configured on it that concerns IP addresses.

This is just a regular router. Were you be able to ping the IP address of both pc's?Check also if there are firewalls enabled.

What's the IP address on both pc's? Try if you can ping them first. In that way you'll be able to see which pc is ahving problems with.
