Thats good new. Looks like they will be using all their 65nm capacity for quads and those that fall short will be tri's. Dual core may as well be sempron/celeron at this point. We are already seeing games taking advantage of 4 cores.

Good point. Low end parts are good enough, so its guite wise choice indeed!

Mid-range tri-cores in lieu in place of low-end dual cores, that's not really a delay. But I can still hear the fanboys spinning this into some form of "paper launch".

The marketing boys in both camps will be working for a change I'd say.

The quad core Intels and high end duals will drop in price accordingly ... again !!

That's gotta be good for the enthusiast at the moment ... any way you look at it.

I don't remember them saying Kuma would ship in Q407. I remember it being Q108. Oh well. I would probably opt for a quad anyway. I already have a dual.
