I can't find northbridge chipset and southbridge chipset used onto AMD cpu.

What I know so far is that C51 and MCP61 are for AMD.
BTW, are they combined chipset(including NB and SB.)

Where can I see chipset(NB, SB) of nVIDIA used for AMD?

AMD don't have a Northbridge, memory controller is on the CPU die.

Nvidia motherboards for AMD CPUs do not have a Northbridge!
