Is there any program that will benchmark FPS in 2D applications such as web browsers? I'm having a bit too much fun with DHTML though I've noticed some differing performance (some ok on some of my tests and some not so ok).

Most if not all modern Graphics cards should be able to run 2D graphical applications easily, I have no knowledge of any. Do you just want to benchmark it or is there a problem?
