How do I retore System Tools nd Accessoris? I use to be able to select Accessories, system tools and then disk cleanup. System tools and accessories somehow disappeared. How do Irestore them?

You can try the copy and paste method. The Accessories folder is located here: C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories. Of course you would put your user name in place of "yourname".
1. Create a folder on the Start Menu and name it Accessories
2. Copy the folders and and programs under C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories and then paste them in the Accessories folder you created on the Start Menu (right click on the Accessories folder and click Paste).
