i am looking to build myself a new computer, i have built them before, but never did much with overclocking, also, im having some trouble deciding on videocards, im looking not to break the bank on this comp, but to also have a nice gaming computer....

i really couldt decide on what video card i want, so please give me so feedback on the matter....
 
also i would like to dabble in overclocking the ram, video card, and maybe the processor, i am quite knowledable about computers, i just never really looked into it before, im not looking to blow any parts though,
