I just bought a new computer with a Nvidia geforce 8300 gs is this any good does any one know where it ranks?

It's such low spec only OEM's get them.

If it were sold it would probably be around the £10 mark, ti is pretty useless.

Could probably do movies and stuff quite well for the CPU but aside from that its just a alternative to on-board graphics.

If you want to play any games you'll have to dump that I'm afraid.

Sorry but the other guys have its measure for standard computing its ok im guessing its on a par with the best onboard graphics but as has been said gaming is a big no no.
Where does it rank well 8300-8400-8500-8600 and the 8600GTS which is the best of the 8600 cards is where i would start with a modern gaming card.
