Actual I can NOT OC memory upper
as 805 Mhz without artifacts. (800 Mhz - stock)
But,core I can clock up to 720 Mhz ... from 650 Mhz.
What can be a problem?

I would say the memory is about as high as it can go.

Either voltmod the vMEM or leave it be.

Increasing the voltage would help. Might void the warranty if it dies.
