im noob at psus. im buying radeon hd 2600pro and i need to change psu too. do i just look at the watt??
i want the psu between 350 - 500w and under 60$
does all newer psus fit in most of cases??
also, what are amps??

look for a 12volt line with 20 amp rating or higher
if dual vid cards 12v @35 + amps or dual 12v @ 18+ amp

Fortron ...for example the blue storm series.

The radio amatuer guys says it solid and those people know what they are doing...bad stuff messes up their equipment.

And the blue storm is a heavy sob which is kinda quality in my bo
