P5K only has 1 IDE port -> Nop, can't fill your needs.
P5N-E-SLI has 2 IDE ports -> Yes, can fill your needs.
P5B-VM -> integrated GPU. If you have a Graphics card already, better leave this one.
Intel boards -> ... :??:
XFX -> 650 ultra ? they chopped everything in this board. Better the P5N-E SLI.

So, i guess the winner is Asus P5N-E SLI.

Forget the need for IDE slots. Get a decent board with some future-proof, upgradeability, and just get an add-in card for your IDE devices (until you finally get rid of them). Don't saddle yourself with retro-technology trying to preserve the same, get a board with at least the P35 chipset, and preferably the X38.

Here's some card suggestions for your IDE woes:

Cool, so the general opinion is the P5K? If so then thats the one I'll go for. I just don't wanna make a decision that'll haunt me for the rest of my life. I can just get rid of one of my DVD Drives til I upgrade my 40GB to SATA

Thanks to all who helped me. I've made a decision of getting the P5K, I have disconnected my 40GB Drive and am now just running the 250GB SATA. Will get another 250GB SATA once the bank allows it
