Hello, im facing a problem on svchost.exe. after booting the computer there is no such error, but when i connect internet after a while i found in a message box that "svchost.exe - Application Error". The instruction at "0x011cf496" referenced memory at "0x011cf496". The memory could not be "written". Click OK to terminate the program, Click on CANCEL to debug the program. only OK and cancel buttons are there. after that another window opens with the message that Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and need to close.
if i click on OK on svchost.exe window and on Dont Send button on generic Host window, the internet connection no longer works even i couldnt disconnect the connetion also.
Please suggest me what to do to resolve those problems.

Thanks in advance.

This is probably caused by the malware "TR/Crypt.ZPACK.Gen".

Please make sure that you have an updated Anti-Virus running.
Download Malwarebytes' and scan your computer in safe-mode
(apply that with the anti-virus as well)

You can download Malwarebytes' here:
