Windows explorer stopped working and will not restart

Windows Explorer has stopped working.
And will not Restart.

ALSO IT Will not --
Check Online for a solution and restart program.

Have restarted computer and turned off computer, several times and
Explorer seens still seems hung up in Explorer and will not close and reboot.

can u explain a bit more? does it keep crashing randomly during your usage, or does it crash immediately once you log into your account.

have you tried any anti malware program? that might be the problem.
if you want to use one go to malwarebytes . org and download thier free version, install it, do a full scan and if any malware is found it will be removed and the you will have to reboot your computer.

if your explorer interferes with your download of the program just use another web browser like firefox or google chrome, and once you finish download, use task manager to run the setup file from the location you have installed in and then follow the steps mentioned above.

Boot into Safe Mode... my guess is that there's another program running at startup that's causing explorer to hang. Disable your startup programs one at a time and see what's causing it.
