Thoughts about the best way to utilize velociraptors in a dream gaming system? Assume that money isn't the biggest consideration.

Use two 300GB velociraptors in a RAID 0 configuration for 600 GB of storage?

Use three 300GB velocitraptors in a RAID 5 configuration for 600 GB of storage? Or is that too extravagant?

Or finally, just use three 300GB velociraptors without RAID for 900 GB of storage?
