My system specs:
ASUS M2A-VM - Motherboard
500W Thermaltake - PSU
AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ Windsor 2.0GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 65W - CPU
G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel - RAM
ARCTIC COOLING ACF64LP 60mm CPU Cooler - CPU fan/Heatsink

How much overclock should I do for my cpu, and should I even overclock my RAM because its 800Mhz already? Also what are some good programs you guys are using?

Have a few new questions now. I'm looking at benchmark programs, what should I use, 3DMARK or PCMARK? I'm not overclocking my graphics at all since I dont have a card yet and dont want to wast time on the integrated one. Also using CPU-Z under General it all appears right but under timings my DRAM frequency shows as 400.0MHz, when it should be 800MHz what's wrong with that?

hmm...about your DRAM frequency, remember that ram memory is doubled pumped...so 400x2 = 800mhz. while the FSB is quad pumped, so for example if you have a 333 FSB frequency, it'll be 333x4=1333mhz which is your FSB clock. hope that helped.
