How to keep second monitor from going to screen saver

I want to use a second monitor as a cheap digital signage solution, but do not want that second monitor to go into screensaver or hibernation as long as the PC is on. Is there a way to do that?

Go to your Control Panel and open Power Options.

Change the following settings:

Turn off monitor: Never
Turn off hard disks: Never
System standby: Never

Click OK

This will apply to both monitors.

Thanks, but I only want the screensaver to apply to one monitor. Any ideas on that?

Just turn the other one off.

Yep. As far as I am aware there is no built in way to do this in XP. There may be a 3rd party app out there to do that but it's easier to just turn off the monitor when not needed.
