Just had a question about Raid 0 on specific hard dives, answers are very much appreciated.

Here’s my question: Would three Seagate 7200.10 on a Raid 0 be faster than two Raptors on a Raid 0??

Depends on what you are doing... the seek times on the raptors would be better so quick searching, reading lots of small files would probably be better... sequential read/writes would be much quicker on the 7200.10's, however you are also increasing your chances of drive failure by 33%

Thanks for the response.
So then, what would be better for gaming?
