The AS drive is the Barracuda 7200.11, desktop version.
The NS drive is the Barracuda ES.2, near-line storage/server version.
The NS drive is more reliable, with 1.2M hours MTBF and 0.73% AFR @ 24/7 operation. The AS drive is 750K hours MTBF and 0.34% AFR @ 8/5 operation.
The NS drive also has a few server-tuned tweaks to the firmware.

I've got the ES.2 version of that drive. The reviews I saw showed it was actually slower for desktop use than the regular version, so I wouldn't spend more money for it. At the time, though, I got it for a good deal, so I'm not too worried.
I also would check into some of the reviews for Computers Canada before sending them money. I actually ordered from them just the other week, and ended up getting my drive ok. But after I ordered (stupid time to research them, after you've already given them money!), I did some more digging on them and found a lot of complaints about poor service if you have returns or issues. They never did reply to a couple of my e-mails, and the shipping company (UPS) they sent the drive out with frustrated me as well. You can (and should) request a different shipping company if you need to, I think. Personally, I'd go with NCIX or MemoryExpress, and ask them to price match if required.
