Hi all!! I was wondering if using value ram kingston PC2-5300... would i be able to still OC my CPU? E6400.... Help please....

Yeah you should still be able to oc fine it's just your RAM will have to be lowered to 4200 ish to get a decent oc out of it :(.

Yea, you have DDR2-667. After taking DDR into account it will run fine at 1:1 with the FSB at 333 MHz.

Keep in mind if you go over a 333 MHz FSB you will be OCing the RAM. There is no way to run the Memory slower than the FSB.

e6400: 266*8=2.13Ghz
if you run the memory to 1:1 ratio, you will get 333*8=2.66GHZ.
that is 25% overclock.

thanks! I have another problem i cant find the PCI Clock Synchronization in my BIOS im using a p5n-e mobo... Is it just not there because its default is set already to 33.33mhz???
