Errrrrr....... Rosewill and the Coolermaster are Tier 5 units and are not recommended. The Thermaltake is a Tier 4 and would be better quality wise, but it is severely lacking in the +12v rail department. Your price constraint has put you in a tight spot. I can't truthfully recommend any of those units.
Id stay away from the 3 you posted, fsp is a good choice. may wish to consider this has more amps on the 12v rails.http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817104954

After learning that it is a tier 5 PSU and should not be used and getting advice on another better PSU. If you still want the Rosewill, then you should have it. It was meant for you.
The last thing you want to "save money on" is the power supply.
For more reasons that I wish to enumerate, just don't do it.
This should take care of your power needs, as you are looking at the general are of this PSU's out put.
This Fortron is slightly better than the ones listed above due to its slightly better efficiency, and it will power your rig just fine. I have one myself and have used 5 others for friends rigs. All going strong. Best low cost PSU's on the planet IMO. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817104032
