It is really unfortunate that HP released an incomplete product. The
Jabra headset did not come with a CD including drivers. It did not
need to. The sole purpose of the headset is built into the hardware.

However, the iPAQ claimed to support Bluetooth. It's Bluetooth
profile is crippled. There was noting on the box or in the technical
specifications that indicated that the product was limited in it's
Bluetooth functionality. How difficult can it be to support your
customers and deliver the necessary patches to make your product
complete?
