ok my pc has a PC Chips M863G motherboard, and when i turn it on there no signal going to the moniter.



CAN SOMEONE HELP???

Have you tried updating the video driver or a different monitor? That looks like a pretty old, inexpensive mobo and it may be time to think about putting a new one together.

The first problem is the fact that the MB is manufactured by PCchips. While it may be low cost, it is also low quality and I absolutely refused to use them for my customers.

Make sure your power supply is good first, then remove everything but the memory, CPU and CPU fan and try the boot. If you still have no post, then you probably have a bad MB. Sometimes the PCchips boards have problems with some memory, but you will not know that unless you have another system to test it.

check the capacitors..must be leaking.

I saw the same problem with a friend's pc. Turned out one of the pci cards was bad. Once that was removed, the pc booted right up. Would probably help with troubleshooting if you posted your system specs.
