More Information

I want to build a 5x independent duplicator capable of burning 5 different data sources to five separate discs simultaneously out of an old computer case I have. I'd like to connect this tower to my main desktop through a single SATA 3.0 port that is currently available.

The tower will only consist of 4 to 5 (depending on feasibility) SATA Pioneer DVD burners, a 5 to 1 eSATA port multiplier, PSU, and a case fan. No Mobo, no HDD, no OS.

Will this work? Will it be Reliable? Any relevant speed/performance issues/negatives I should consider?

Parts List:

Thanks
