I'm building a budget pc for someone, my goal is under $200. I was looking at hard drives today and spotted this one. EXCELSTOR Jupiter Series ESJ8080S 80GB $34.99 It has good reviews on Newegg but I'm not familiar with the brand. Anyone know about this brand?
