How do I open my blocked Hotmail account?

Dear Sir,
Its Regarding Hotmail & Yahoo Account Issues.


1) My Hotmail & Yahoo Has been Hacked And Secret Questions Has Been Changed By The Hacker.
2) My Hotmail is shakeel_yaqoob@hotmail.com & my yahoo id is shakeeldar2004@yahoo.com.
3) My Alternative email for shakeel_yaqoob@hotmail.com is shakeeldar2004@yahoo.com.
4) My Alternative email for shakeeldar2004@yahoo.com is shakeel_yaqoob@hotmail.com.

Kindly help me out with password recovery as those both emails are important to have further communication with my friends & for my daily uses.

I will greatly appreciate if u can help me out.
