I NEED TO RESET MY BIOS PASSWORD ON A TOSHIBA LAPTOP USING WINDOWS VISTA

No software needed to reset the BIOS password -- remove the laptop battery - open the laptop to gain access to the CMOS battery (looks like a watch battery) and remove it (or depending on the laptop find the CMOS reset jumper (your manual should explain how to access them !) -- press the on button (this drains any residual charge and clears the CMOS) - replace the CMOS battery (or reset the jumper switch to initial position) - reinsert the laptop battery - boot the computer and the password will be gone - once it boots go in and enter a new password.
