is it all mobo got Vdroop ?? and if mine have it , it is possible to OC with out doin the pencil thing ??

You don't need a vDroop mod.

vDroop is normal and intended.

Maybe someone will be nice enough to find that Anandtech link.

All motherboards are designed with vDrop and vDroop. Some Asus boards have a LoadLine Calibration or Voltage Damper to avoid it.

so if i anderstand , i can oc smmoth 3.0 -3.2 ghz without thinkin about vdrop/droop thingy?

Yes. Vdroop and vdrop is a good thing for the avg. OCer.

Only god-like OCers can change them around...

Vdroop is indeed in Intel design specs. But in some cases it's too much so you will need a pencil mod.
PM Lupiron and he'll tell you all about VID and vdroop.
