Question on the Thermaltake Tower

I just bought the thermaltake va8000b series tower and in has 3 different areas for your hd's. 1 cage is in the back and can hold 3, another 1 is a cage that is connected to a 12cm fan that can also hold 3 and the last 1 is in the front and can hold 1. Now i have 2 hd's i'm installing 1 is a 150 gig raptor and the other is a wd 500 gig. I need some suggestions on where i should install them please.

install to the one connected to 12cm fan simply because you'll be getting better airflow/coolong of hdds.
