Asrock Dual-vsta 775 usb problem?

Hi.

I'm having some trouble with my Dual-vsta board. I'm getting really slow transfer speed to my 2GB kingston dataTraveler.

Transfering a ~700 mb .avi file takes about 5:30 minutes, so I'm only getting a bit more than 2mb per second.

I'm running XP SP2.

Any ideas to what the problem may be?

Did it used to transfer files to your kingston datatraveler faster? A friend of mine had a similar problem once and after uninstalling the USB ports in device manager and rebooting the system it was solved.
