I want to change flip viedo from mp4 to wmv

at first i could save files to my computer from flip viedo and later import them into windows movie maker i downloaded updates from file and now my viedos are filed as mp4 instead of wmv how do i change this back to wmv? HELP ME!! email me at brucesanders@rocketmail.com
