First time build..please rate/suggestions

Hey guys, Here is a build I hope to try out. Planning to use it for everything but I do alot of gaming..what you guys think? Any suggestions? By the way this is my first build so I'm willing to take any and all good suggestions!!

General not too bad. What is your budget total? ~$475? I would use a different PSU, if I were you. Here is probably the minimum that I would use for your build. Look at both links.
8800gtx on 380w Antec PSU!

You know the 8800gt's and 2950's are coming out soon, right? Not sure when your buying, but right now I'd wait a few weeks to see how things pan out. Possible price reductions on current GPU's could happen, thus giving you more $ for other parts or better parts.

My budget is about 500...and you saying I should go for a 8800? or wait for them to come out to get a price reduction on the 8600?..plus I dont understand..if the PSU with the case is 450W why go with a diffrent one that puts out about 380w???
