Wireless connection missin

our wireless connection is working on two computers... but we've erased something with a spyware remover and the thrid computer doesn't have a working wireless connection anymore. What can we do My ISP won't help unless i pay them and the same is true for Linksys. I've been down this road before, but forget what we did.

Is wireless working at all on the problem computer -- have you checked in Device Manager ?

If it is present and correct can Windows or the wireless adapter's own user interface detect any wireless networks ?

If it can, the issue is probably wireless security.

Using one of the computers which works, address the router's user interface via Internet Explorer (see router manual for how) and temporarily disable wireless security.

If the problem computer can then connect, reset security and apply the new password to the problem computer.
