ok, i'm planning to build a gaming system with overclocking activities. heres my rig thus far:

-i'm housing it all in an antec 900 gaming case
-SAPPHIRE 100176L Radeon X1950PRO 256MB for graphics
-FSP Group (Fortron Source) AX450-PN ATX12V 450W Power Supply
-Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 Allendale 2.0GHz LGA 775 Processor
-G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit
-Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3250310AS 250GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive
-LINKSYS WMP54GS 32-bit PCI Interface Wireless-G Adapter with SpeedBooster

what mobo would give me enough overclocking room, accomodate the case and hardware, and not run me more than$130?

Splendid
The psu may be low once you upgrade video/cpu(quad). Right now it's ok.

If you get abit, make sure you get abit ip35-e & not pro cuz pro has slow gb lan. Another good choice is P5K, but maybe over $130.
