Thermalright Ultra 120 is the best thing round atm if it fits in your case. and youll need to buy a good 120mm fan with it.

To get something close to 3.4-3.6 on a e6750 you will need the clock at 425+ which to run a 1:1 would be 850mhz ram so id suggest getting some 1066 stuff at least that way you know the RAM will hit that speed cause thats what its rated for. Where with the Patriot you suggested youd have to OC the RAM as well (making it an unknown). Id find some Crucial, OCZ or Patriot 1066 stuff.

I have a 6750 at 3.4, using Corsair XMS pc6400, ram is on auto voltage.

Very stable on a 680i board.

Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro is a great little cooler up to about 3.2 on this cooler GO stepping chip. Bout $25ish online.
